Clarissa Rose is an English Language Arts Educator, Poet, and Writer. She earned her B.A in English from the illustrious Florida Memorial University where she Co-Founded the renowned Chapter 3 Poetry Troupe. Clarissa has conducted numerous poetry and writing workshops throughout South Florida over the past several years.

Ms. Rose credits her dedicated mother for her profound appreciation for women. After becoming a mother in 2017, Clarissa developed a greater respect and appreciation for moms. This admiration motivated her to collaborate with organizations that provide support and resources to underserved mothers, especially moms who were victims of domestic violence. Additionally, she has created an online support group for moms called ‘Mommy vibez.’

Clarissa was born in Miami, Florida, but raised on the beautiful Island of Nassau, Bahamas. She considers her faith and family to be most important to her. She enjoys spending time with her husband Sandro and son Zion. Diaries of Broken Moms: The Secrets She Carries is Clarissa’s first published book.
